Are you facing job rejections again and again You will be called youth unemployed only if you are recently graduated and just sending your CV everywhere and not getting response from the employer or getting messages like “sorry at this instance you are not successful we will be keeping your CV and let you know if anything suitable arises” Hence your CV might be sleeping in many places or it is already moved into HR’ s recycle bin and deleted. Sometime you might feel Employers are demanding more from a recent graduate. This are few things listed below employers want 1)Communication Skills 2) IT literate 3)Working in teams/providing innovative ideas 4)customer/client focused 5)understanding the Vision/mission of the organization particularly understanding what is expected of the job role applied to. When you start getting rejection’s again and again you feel you are not worth but at this point you must understand the value of zero without which Mathematics is not possible so is the Zero year experience is important to the organization as it brings fresh ideas into organization. Government is focusing and only blaming on the recent graduates for lack of skill set it would be better if Government asks organization to hire a fresh graduate and provide training. There are lot of jobs available for people with 2+ years of experience. Hence it is seen how organization wants to cut training cost for fresh graduates. It would be better if government brings new policy to restrict organization from hiring candidates 1-3 years of experience who are shifting jobs for better pay and giving graduates a chance to excel. In this way youth unemployment will get reduced and organisation can retain people. When it comes to recent graduates they have to keep sending there CV and searching, networking via social media try to get referral/internship and hope for the best. I am a recent graduate just on the same boat of Unemployment and wish to beat it Patience is the main Weapon to survive on the unemployed boat and we can soon land on the surface of employment where we must not forget about our journey but see to that We help the recent graduates after getting jobs. All the best………!
